Dehairing machines
Immediately after the scalding systems, the carcasses are dehaired. Our combined scalding and dehairing systems achieve the best dehairing qualities. Conveying systems for bristles can also be implemented for disposure handling.

Post-cleaning line
The post-cleaning line is the final process before the carcasses enter the clean area of the slaughterhouse. voran uses various whipping machines, brush washing machines and singeing ovens for the post-cleaning lines, which are adapted to the respective slaughter capacity.

The arrangement and design of the machines has top priority, as these contributes to a better product quality as well as ensuring a clean and largely germ-free skin surface.

Slaughter line
Highest hygienic standards as well as safe and ergonomic working at every workstation are the requirements for a modern and cost-efficient operation. voran conveyor systems handle the synchronized conveying of carcasses, red and white offals to guarantee a simultaneous inspection by the veterinaries.

At the end of the slaughtering process the carcasses are weighed, classified and transported target-oriented, with or without transponders, to the chilling area.

Conveyor technology
The voran conveyor technology is suitable for all common hook types used in the meat industry. The integration of RFID hooks and the link to a
higher-level ERP system enables maximum control and traceability.

Automatic chilling rooms
The chilling rooms are fully controlled and automated for an efficient carcass management in the chilling area.

Various voran push chain conveyor systems can be supplied in a reversible, as well as a non-reversible execution. Reversible systems can ensure gapless filling of each push chain conveyor due to the centrally located drive.

Dispatch
Our multiple loading station allows the largest quantities to be loaded in the shortest possible time. The adjustable height of our loading arms adapts to the different heights of the trucks at the push of a button, to guarantee an easy process. Also, the empty hooks can be practically manipulated out of the truck by our loading arms for empty hooks.

Pork deboning line
To proceed the value chain after slaughtering, it is possible to add a deboning line. The cutting is done manually with continuously running conveyor systems for adjusting the performance. voran plans and consults for implementing deboning lines in various designs, such as hanging or lying versions.

Control
The control systems used by Voran in the slaughter lines are state-of-the-art, taking safety elements and network communication of the associated peripherals into account. Intelligently networked machines and systems optimize the production flow. Synchronously running conveyors are designed individually in speed and distance according to the process. The software provides the possibility of comprehensive data evaluations of the performance of the individual production areas for our customers. Furthermore, the software supports the verification of plant conditions, which requires the intervention of technical departments. In addition, alarm protocols are created. All electrical plant components comply with the highest energy efficiency classes.
