Efficient smoke truck cleaning system
The Trolley Master TM1000 cleaning system in a single-door design is ideal for the quick and easy cleaning of smoking and rack trolleys. The smoke cart cleaning system can be used either with a ramp or at ground level and has automatic doors. In the main wash cycle, the trolleys are washed at a temperature of 55°C, with the water flowing back into the main wash tank. With hot water rinsing, the trolleys are cleaned at 85°C in the smoke trolley cleaning system and then rinsed with cold water. After the cleaning process, the smoke cart can be removed.
